OPSCTR is a multi-domain operating platform. It federates air, maritime, and ground awareness into one operating picture and coordinates the response across it. OPSCTR ingests live feeds — AIS vessel tracking, ADS-B aircraft, GDELT and open-source signals — resolves them into entity-linked context, and drives governed operational workflows: targeting and effects (F2T2EA), pattern-of-life, geospatial fencing and alerting, and mission planning. It is multi-tenant with per-tenant isolation and federated identity, governed when the mission needs doctrine and ungoverned when it does not, and edge-deployable and self-hostable down to a single node.
